Super stoked to learn from local legendary teacher, Andrew Bresnen, of 🤘🏼

For the next three Fridays at 6p, Andrew is teaching as he learned from his teacher, Sharath Jois.

This is a beginner friendly class and everyone is encouraged to give it a try. 75 mins of class plus 15 mins of Q&A with Andrew after practice.

This class: Advanced. 84. 2 hour. Ghosh. Whatever you want to call it, it has been taught by our teachers before leggings and yoga mats. They learned it from Bikram.

The lady on the left is Emmy, she was the principal teacher at Bikram’s school, and we were lucky enough to learn this sequence from them before she passed and his school closed.

We offer it every Wednesday at 12p. If you love Bikram Yoga or Hatha classes on our schedule, this class is the well where those classes were harvested from.
