Members of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute®️have been wanting to offer a ‘Thank You’ to our local overworked Medical Staff and First Responders after two years of COVID.

While we were planning the event, the Marshall Fire devastated so many people in our county-- and hit home for us when the Director of our Institute lost her own home.

Ten Certified Rolfers®️ are volunteering their time next weekend to give something back to the community and help people the best way we know how, through touch.

Hello Austin Friends and Family!

Well I finally got a little bit settled into this new way of doing things. It took me a bit to recover from the surprise of it all. I am sure most of you know that my office is currently closed in compliance with the Stay at Home requests.

I have been keeping myself busy by doing lots of cleaning around my house. Throwing away things no longer needed, packing things up to go to Goodwill when it seems like a good idea, and general living. I planted a small tomato and squash garden just in case I needed "something" to eat. Those are the basics.

Regarding my Rolfing practice, that's been an enjoyable endeavor as well. There have been a number of classes that I have attended online to brush up on techniques, fuel the fire of inspiration around this work, participate in some much needed Movement classes, and even a class on how to make available some of the work I do to you in the world of virtual. That's a work in progress and we will see how this all goes in the next month.
