This work anniversary is a very special one for us at Defyned Brands because we are celebrating the three that started it all.

In 2009 Brian Marver, Cody Stephens, and Charlie Hartwig opened the first 5 Star Nutrition store in Texas. These three lifelong friends shared the belief that progress is rooted in passion, hard work, and a positive attitude. It was this shared belief that inspired them to help communities all over the U.S. reach their health and wellness goals by growing Defyned Brands to what it is today.

So please join us in celebrating their 14-year work anniversary. On behalf of the entire 5 Star Nutrition and Defyned brands team, we are grateful for all the years of hard work and we are looking forward to what the future may hold for the company.
