Okay let's talk about plant-based grazing icks because someone had to say it 🌿👇🏼

👉🏼 Plastic packaging on a "sustainable" spread. We see you. Everything we use is recyclable or compostable because the earth deserves better.

👉🏼 Soggy crackers. Placing them next to moist fruits or dips is a crime against texture and we will not be accepting it.

👉🏼 Grapes still on the vine sitting in a box. We love the aesthetic but not in a grazing board. Trim them. Please.

👉🏼 Cucumbers in charcuterie boxes. We're not explaining this one, just trust us.

👉🏼 Plant-based boards that look like an afterthought. A sad pile of carrots and hummus is NOT a grazing experience.

👉🏼 Boards with zero color intention. Every element should earn its spot through color, texture, and visual flow.

👉🏼 Treating plant-based food like it needs to apologize for existing. Our boards are stunning, flavorful, and they belong at every table.

The bar exists. We're just raising it 🤎

Drop your grazing icks in the comments, we know you have them 👇🏼

Nobody talks about THIS when they start a plant-based grazing business 🌿

There's so much more happening behind the scenes than just building beautiful boards. Here's what actually takes up our time:

1️⃣ The condiment refill rabbit hole is REAL. Local honeys, artisan dips, seasonal spreads... we source only the best to complement every plant-based bite. Tiny ramekins. Big love. Hours of filling.

2️⃣ Sourcing high quality, local ingredients consistently is genuinely one of the hardest parts. Seasonal fruits, specialty plant-based cheeses, artisan crackers — availability and freshness shift constantly. Keeping our standard high means never settling, even when it's inconvenient.

3️⃣ The visual obsession is something else entirely. Plant-based boards live and die by their aesthetics. We spend more time on color flow, texture layering, and spacing than most people spend cooking the actual meal. Every single element earns its place.

This is what goes into every order you receive from us 🤎

Charcuterie Box Tip 🍋

One of my go to tricks when styling a charcuterie box…
✨I build from corner to corner and repeat key elements throughout the box

Instead of placing all the same items in one spot, I spread them out in small sections. A little fruit here, a little crunch there, a scoop of hummus or a swirl of plant based dip in between 🫒🍇

Think roasted nuts, marinated olives, fresh berries, dried apricots, dark chocolate, artisan crackers, and colorful veggie sticks. It keeps the box looking full, vibrant, and beautifully layered.

Plus, every section feels intentional and easy to enjoy without digging around

Little tip, big impact 😉

🌿THE SECRET TO … 🌿

… styling a larger grazing table…

• break the table into zones with large boards, platters, and bowls
• spread items evenly across the table so it feels abundant, not sparse
• use varying heights tall, medium, and low to create dimension and visual flow
• repeat key colors and textures throughout to guide the eye
• make sure all food is accessible from both sides

10 Tips for Creating the Perfect Grazing Board

1. Offer a variety of cheeses, this board features five different types.
2. Add a dip and elevate it with a finishing touch. Here, hummus is dressed with olive oil and dried citrus.
3. Include both soft breads and crunchy crackers for contrast.
4. Think about colour balance, I always make sure to add something green.
5. Finish with fresh herbs and edible flowers for a beautiful touch.
6. Place items thoughtfully. For example, celery pairs with dip, while walnuts, honey, and brie sit near pear crackers.
7. Mix textures to keep the palate interested.
8. Use different shapes to create visual appeal.
9. Always check for allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
10. Choose the highest-quality ingredients your budget allows.

Enjoy creating!

Sometimes all you need is a little charcuterie.
Open air, and nowhere else to be.

We laid everything out slowly.
No rush, no rules. Just good bites, shared laughs, and long pauses between conversations.
The kind where you’re not checking the time, just existing in the moment.

Just people you enjoy, food you love, and space to breathe.

Sometimes all you need is a little charcuterie
and a park that lets you slow down.

The secret to a charcuterie box that always stands out at potlucks isn’t stuffing it with everything you can find.

It’s intention.

Start with one hero cheese that anchors the box.
Add contrast with textures soft, crunchy, creamy.
Balance rich flavors with something fresh like fruit or herbs.
Bring in a little sweetness to reset the palate.
And finish with spacing, not clutter, so every element gets its moment.

What this really does is guide people as they eat.
Each bite feels thoughtful, not random.
That’s why some boxes disappear first and others just sit there.

Simple choices. Better balance. Always memorable.
