My heart has been heavy all weekend.
I have a few spots that are reserved for anyone affected, free of charge. I can also offer EMDR when appropriate.

Our hearts are with the families impacted by the recent flooding in Hill Country.
In times like these, emotional and mental health support can be so important.

To help in the way we know best, Mental Health Counseling Group (Katy, Sugarland, Fulshear and Austin locations) is offering 3 -Weeks of free counseling sessions (One 50-minute session per week for 3 weeks) for individuals or families affected by the flood either indirectly or directly.

These sessions are available to provide a safe, supportive space to process, cope, and find calm in the aftermath.

This is a sincere effort to give back and support our Texas neighbors during this difficult time.
