You don’t have to choose between being with your baby and rebuilding your strength. You can do both! Our Baby & Me Strength classes focus on core + pelvic floor recovery while building functional strength that supports your daily life as a mother. These sessions are designed to leave you feeling capable, confident, and connected to your body. (And probably a little sore 😉)

Alex and Meagan lead these classes with deep expertise in postpartum healing, including diastasis recti recovery and movement for motherhood. Join them Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:30 am. We’ve got a mat rolled out, and extra diapers for your baby. Link in bio, See you 🔜

January at AYL is full of supportive classes and workshops for every stage of parenthood. Here’s what’s coming up in the second half of the month:

Toddlers & Crawlers — January 23 @ 10:30 am
Our playful parent child movement class meets every fourth Friday. Expect songs, gentle stretching, and a supportive space for early exploration.

Breastfeeding Bootcamp — January 30 @ 6:30 pm
Evidence based guidance for the earliest feeding days. Come with your partner and leave feeling more confident about what to expect.

Babyproofing Basics — January 31 (Free) @ Noon
Once your baby starts getting mobile, things change quickly. Join Juniper Babyproofing for a free community class that covers the essentials of keeping your home safe.

Yoga for Optimal Baby Positioning — January 31 @ 4pm
A 90 minute workshop focused on creating space in the pelvis, easing tension, and encouraging optimal fetal positioning as you prepare for birth.

I had so much fun the first time, we’re doing it again. Join me next Friday, January 9 at 6 pm for a night of real nourishment. This special postpartum class is all about rest. Skin to skin is one of the most simple and powerful ways to support your baby’s development. It regulates their nervous system, strengthens bonding, and reduces stress for both of you. We created this series in partnership with Bonsie to celebrate the science and the sweetness of those early moments.

To bring this into real-life community, we’re hosting a special Baby & Me Yoga class on Saturday, January 17 at noon. Every student who joins will receive a gifted Bonsie onsie designed to make skin to skin easier and more comfortable.

If you’ve been wanting a gentle way to move your postpartum body, connect with your baby, and meet other moms in the same season, this is a beautiful place to start.

This year was full of sleepless nights, 24-hour shifts, and many, many yoga classes. My hours have stretched far beyond 9–5, but my work has never felt more meaningful.

These are a few of my favorite moments from a year that was overwhelming in some of the best ways.

Motion really is lotion 🧴

I don’t have enough fingers or toes to count the amount of times I didn’t feel like going to a class to move my body (and I’m not even pregnant!) yet almost every time I show up, I always feel SO much better. I see this in class all the time, the aches, the pains, and 9.5/10 times, they melt away when we rest into savasana.

Our monthly community gathering. Free to attend, donations welcome. Bring your baby, sip tea, and settle into a circle of mothers who get it.

The vibe for our candlelit restorative 🕯️bolsters, blankets, and more. When your body is supported, you can melt into gravity. This is one of my favorite classes to teach! I love when I hear people start snoring, that’s how you know they are relaxed 💝 join me tomorrow (Saturday, 12/20) at 5 pm. Or every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm in 2026!
