Whether you are a new mother or a seasoned matriarch, you deserve recognition and a moment of peace. Remember: you are the best mom your baby deserves. 🩷
This day feels especially vital to me this year. After my own mother recently had a health scare and surgery, it reinforced how crucial—and often taxing—the role of a mother is.
Whether you have one child or many, you are their rock, their support, and their safety net every single day. We are all human, and we all make mistakes, but you are doing great.🤱
To help you sustain this vital role, I encourage you to integrate these daily practices into your routine to regulate your nervous system and find joy in the journey.
✨ Take a Breath: Use the 4-7-8 Breathing technique: Inhale for 4 counts, Hold for 7, and Exhale for 8 to regulate your body.
✨ Be Present: Disconnect from screens for 5 minutes. Share the space with your baby and let them observe your authentic emotions.
✨ Be Kind to Yourself: Write one positive thought about yourself or ask a loved one to send you sweet words of affirmation.
