Shanna has over 35 years of experience as a Master Stylist, Color Specialist, and Hair Loss Expert. After years of working with guests, Shanna began to notice that there really weren’t many compassionate solutions readily available for her clients experiencing hair loss. AND, hair loss in men, women, and children is growing at an alarming rate. Thus began what became Shanna's mission and passion in life. I had an amazing experience at Refined Hair. After struggling for years with progressive hair loss from ongoing medical issues, I was desperate for a solution. My husband discovered Refined Hair after doing an online search and reading some positive reviews. At my consultation appointment, , my husband and I received a warm reception from Jenny. Through out the process she was excellent at ensuring we were well informed and supported. During the consultation, Leandra gave a detailed overview and explanation of all my options and assisted me in choosing the system that was best suited for my hair restoration needs. At my appointment to fit and style my new hair system, both Jenny and Leandra exceeded expectations to assure that I was satisfied with my choice, educated on how to care for it and comfortable with how to apply it.
