I came in for a an appointment yesterday and after them taking someone else at my time and making me wait, I was taken in to do laser on my arms and within 5 minutes the treatment was stopped. The beautician said the machine has been acting up all day and therefore I do not know why they did not just reschedule me, as they have 3 previous times when their ONE machine that works on non-white skin has broken. Very unhappy that I had to pay to get to/from my appointment where I waited in a room and then did not even get my treatment so have to go back next week- if the machine is fixed.
