✨ Something exciting is on the calendar! ✨
What if support didn’t start with fixing?
What if differences weren’t something to correct — but something to understand?
Affirmation. Difference. Belonging.
Any guesses what we’re exploring next? 💭🧠

We can’t wait to share our next workshop—An Affirmative Framework for the Neurodivergent Child in Play Therapy—led by the incredible Amanda Yoder de la Llata, LPC, LCPC, RPT.

This training will help you reconnect with what drew you to this work in the first place: curiosity, play, and compassion in the therapy room. Whether you’re looking to deepen your skills or simply refill your professional cup, this one’s for you.

💫 You’ll walk away able to:
•Define 5 terms often used to describe Neurodivergent play therapy clients including: Neurodiverse vs. Neurodivergent, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, Pervasive Demand Avoidance(Pervasive Drive for Autonomy).
•Name the 3 extra sensory systems and identify 1 example of each in a play therapy situation.
•Identify at least 1 other member of a client's “team” in addition to play therapy.
•Identify how these outside services will enhance the effects of play therapy.
