Our health and fitness bungalow provides a refreshingly supportive and healing atmosphere. Amply equipped with reformers, cadillac, tower units, low chair, and numerous optional support apparatus and props, we believe we are a unique fitness environment that will soon become "Your Happy Place." Considered a one-stop-shop for fitness, fun, and relaxation, clients enjoy services that include: Yoga, Pole Fitness, Massage, Sauna, Personal Fitness Training, Barre, and Pilates. Our certified teachers have comprehensive formal training with over 700 hours in the Classical Pilates Method. Through precise and dynamic movement, clients restore ease and efficiency in the body. We effectively design programs for clients with high levels of physical conditioning as well as those with limitations.
