🍃DELOAD WEEK 🌿
If you're new to this, a deload week means we intentionally pull back on volume and intensity. Lighter weights, less volume, more space for recovery. It's not a rest week; we are giving our bodies space to adapt and rebuild from the work we've been putting in.
This is how you train for longevity.
To build & push every single week without intentional periodization leads to overuse injuries, burn out, and eventually metabolic dysregulation.
Rest isn't weakness.
Recovery can't be optional.
This week, we pull back so we can come back stronger. 💥
