Mission Funeral Home - East Side

Mission Funeral Home - East Side Serving the Austin community since 1959. Honoring the life of your loved one is truly an act of love. Looking to plan ahead?

Whether traditional or unique; elaborate or simple; a Hispanic funeraria or a service for a veteran; traditions allow us to love, laugh, and live well again. Each family comes to us because they know we are leaders in our profession, dedicated to excellence in Austin funeral services, and hold ourselves to the highest of integrity. We value our reputation for providing the highest quality funerals in Austin, with the personal attention and professionalism to help families through difficult times. Our funeral directors have years of experience dealing with these issues, and strive to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. No matter if a death is sudden, or if it something that was a long time coming, the loss of a loved one makes us feel emotional and overwhelmed. No amount of preparation can fully prepare you for the loss of a loved one. When you are in a heightened emotional state, even the most basic decisions can seem staggering. We also offer funeral preplanning services. Pre-planning allows you to protect loved ones from additional emotional stress and can help to eliminate the financial burden of purchasing funeral goods and services.

The process of making funeral arrangements can be quite stressful for the loved ones of the deceased. Often, families are not aware of the final wishes of their loved one, and the cost of a funeral can add to the financial burden of the bereaved family. Pre-planning for a funeral can help relieve some of the emotional stress of the family and can also eliminate the financial burden of purchasing funeral services and goods.
