Kadampa Meditation Center Austin offers meditation classes and Modern Buddhism study programs in Austin and the surrounding areas. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught. You can drop-in whenever you wish. The classes are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience. You don't need to bring anything but yourself! Drop in anytime ! The Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is part of the New Kadampa Tradition-International Kadampa Buddhist Union, founded by world renowned meditation master, teacher and author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Dear friends of Kadampa Meditation Center Austin,
��For 25 years, our Center has been offering Kadampa Buddhist meditation classes, retreats, public talks and events. It has been a place of refuge and community for the city of Austin, Texas.��As you know we are raising money for a new commercial space to serve the Austin, Texas community and beyond. ��

Our 2025 year end campaign provides an important opportunity for all of us to advance our mission and continue the teachings of Kadampa Buddhist meditation.��We invite you to take part in the culture of generosity and consider making a tax–deductible 501(c)(3) donation today. Donations will be matched up to $50,000.�Our fundraising goal is $200,000 to be used for construction loan and operating expenses.��
