Learning to Meditate
Buddhist advice for a meaningful life
Sunday, January 25
12:30pm-1:45pm

Learning to meditate—let the resolution gently continue.Buddha taught that lasting happiness arises not from outer circumstances, but from the quiet wellspring of inner peace. Meditation is the path that leads us there: a simple, steady practice that softens the mind, opens the heart, and brings meaning into everyday life.

Join Donovan Acker, teacher from KMC Austin, and learn to cultivate this peace for yourself.Suggested donation $10 | $5 students & seniors Everyone welcome.
