Collinfield House is dedicated to providing unparalleled Assisted Living care to the aging in Austin, Texas. Our community is not just our residents!

The Collinfield House provides excellent care and companionship for our residents, filling each day with meaningful and engaging activities, delicious home cooked meals, and one-on-one assistance with daily living tasks. With our low ratio, caregivers have time to sit and have engaging conversations with residents. Being physical therapist-owned, it is our goal to challenge the residents daily in an effort to maintain as much independence as possible. We understand that care and attention is critical, which is why we have a full-time administrator, an activities director, and 24-hour awake and alert staff for this exclusive eight-resident home. Family is a big part of who we are and we involve resident families near and far with the facilitation of Facetime or Google Meets with family/friends, and, social media updates and pictures. Once COVID restrictions allow, we look forward to welcoming all family members. At this time, we offer Essential Caregiver visits per Health and Human Services guidelines. Extended families become a network of support, encouragement and friendship.

"Their standards of care are excellent, their food service is consistently very good in both quantity and quality. They are able to foster a very nice group interaction there, due to the small size and closeness of the facility. The caregivers work very hard on providing extra care with craft projects, seated exercise, yoga, games, etc. I have great appreciation for the large number of the caregivers who have worked at this facility for most of this year I have observed. We have morning exercise 5-6 days weekly, along with a Garden Club, Book Club and a full activities calendar. We understand that care and attention is critical, which is why we have a full-time administrator, an activities director, and 24-hour awake and alert staff for this exclusive seven-resident home. Our community is not just our residents! Family is a big part of who we are and we involve resident families near and far with a monthly e-newsletter, social media updates and pictures, and monthly family gatherings. Extended families become a network of support, encouragement and friendship.
