November is National Healthy Skin Month, making it a great time to book a facial & and start a skincare regiment. Your skin is your body’s largest organ, but your skin also reveals a lot about your overall health and works hard over the course of a lifetime.
I will be sharing some tips everyday on how to achieve healthy skin.
Tip #1 :
Apply sunscreen all year long, not just during the summer months.
Sunscreen is a powerful weapon against skin cancer. Without sunscreen, those ultraviolet rays can do irreparable damage to your skin, and cause fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage.
I recommend a SPF of 40 or higher, with UVA and UVB protection.
