The future of medicine is in good hands! 🩺 In January, 63 students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math got to learn all about the human heart, thanks to an event held by non-profit organization The Links Incorporated and Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital - Dallas. From mock cardiac arrests to having the opportunity to hold a human heart and learn about heart disease, this event was an unforgettable day of learning. Plus, students learned about the power of knowing CPR to save a life.

“Today was a great opportunity to learn lifesaving techniques, as well as be introduced to the engineering and technology used for medical devices,” said Marisa Horne, mother of one of the students.
