Empower your Journey: This 5 week series was inspired by all our friends who participate in the Texas Water Safari! It is open to everyone but those participating in the race will get a discount. This series is geared towards folks who would like to increase core strength, flexibility, range of motion and an overall sense of focus. The amazing Beth Delbruegge Bizer with Best Fit For You will be leading the Pilates portion and we are so excited to have her on the team! 💕 If you have any questions about the series please reach out. ⁣Aaaaand IM BACK! Hey y’all! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted here because I have been soaking up every moment being a new mom with my beautiful boy!! ⠀

Some exciting news outside of all the motherhood/baby world is I’m teaching again! I’ll have two classes a week with .studio starting this week! Thursday yin 7:30-8:30pm and Sunday 3-4:30pm yin and yoga nidra 🕉 if you are looking for a space to rest deeply and recharge these are the classes for you. I’m excited to see all of you in the studio in person, enjoy y’all’s week! 💓

15 weeks and feeling great!! Baby Stone is currently the size of a lemon 🍋 which is freaking adorable!! Elijah and I heard the heartbeat last week 💓 and it was the most beautiful moment, I couldn’t keep myself from crying with joy! My dreams have been wildly vivid and with super clear messages which has been really cool, sometimes quite intense and I had the first dream where my dad visited me and baby. Elijah is the BEST and is always making sure I am happily fed and gives me and baby daily massages. Drinking water and taking like 15 vitamins a day is my new job 😂 I sing to baby daily and she or he already loves the Grateful Dead, Shakira, and the crystal bowls. My yoga practice was suuuuper slow the first trimester and mainly consisted of yin and meditation but I am officially back to my full practice and thank gosh because my body was craving more movement. We will be waiting till 24 weeks to find out the s*x of this baby so for those of you curious, which I am so curious myself, we must be patient 😊✨ hope you all have a beautiful Tuesday, love from me and Baby Stone 🤰💕
