Sean B Onnit online workout programs The Onnit Academy Proving Grounds is a unique training facility designed to test both people and equipment in a raw environment.

It’s a hardcore gym that contains the essentials to get you into the best shape of your life. Unconventional training tools like Primal Bells, Kettlebells, Steel Maces, Steel Clubs, Sandbags, and Battle Ropes are all standard. You’ll also find atlas stones, yokes, farmer walk handles, tractor tires, and the dreaded Husafell Stone. The facility also features a pull up rig and the hanging branch rig, both perfect for high intensity, functional training. The Proving Grounds was specifically designed to test the training methodologies and equipment used by Onnit Academy. The primarily outdoor facility is rough and gritty, and workouts are designed to put both equipment and gym goers through their paces. There is no air conditioning, so get ready to sweat your ass off during hardcore high intensity workouts, strongman sessions, functional proficiency training, and outdoor conditioning. Proving Grounds Trainers know how to push you to your limits while safely guiding you through the use of innovative fitness tools. While building strength, endurance, speed, and agility, you’ll also be enhancing your ability to use the unique implements offered through Onnit. The Onnit Academy Proving Grounds is a donation-based gym, meaning that you pay us what you think we deserve. While we have a recommended per class rate, it’s up to you to support the facility and the training we provide there.

2 year Anniversary of love and growth!!

I wanted to take the time now to celebrate the moment I made a commitment to .nutrition to always show up for our relationship and do the work needed to make our relationship with ourselves and each other stronger by really working on the shadows of the past that have caused emotional trauma that needs work. The past 4 months I have driven deep into learning more about this but most of all learning from Jake the ins and outs of masculine and feminine energies..... 🤯 it was mind blowing

Then I felt the touch of Jesus to get back to my roots of belief in him and the power of god followed by help from follow men to guild me letting me know I’m not alone and marriage is working on the hard stuff by swimming in deep dark waters of uncomfortable conversations with my significant other.

Audible Books:
The 4 Agreements by Miguel Ruiz: I can’t tell you how much this book started giving introspect into how I see myself living my life more by then I did before!

The 5th Agreement by by Miguel Ruiz: added more insight on the 4 agreements but then dropped The 5th one be Skeptical but LEARN to LISTEN!

The 5 levels of attachment by Miguel Ruiz: helped me learn to let go of things that don’t serve me and how they can be the evil that holds me back.

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman: also very impactful on how I like to feel loved and also seeing how I can love my wife in her language even more then ever. See loving someone is unconditional and to give someone love is to give it in their language even if it isn’t one of yours so it’s a choice you have to make if you love them!

Whole Again by Jackson McKenzie and Shannon Thomas: Great book on how we can see what type of person we are or might be and how others see the world.

How to Do the Work by NicoleLePera: the best one on learning how to overcome childhood trauma and parental trauma.

The 7 Principles of making a marriage work by John Gottman & Nan Silver: very good book on how to start working on things!

The 8 dates by John Gottman & Julie Gottman: how to get to the place you once were by the 8 dates they recommended!

I haven’t been to Easter Service with my Pops since my Mother Terri Passed away February 24th 2001 over 20 years now. I was wonderful being able to connect with him and actually get to know how he feels. Sometimes we just need to be patient and listen so you can fully hear what is need from others.

My Father and I don’t get along very well for long periods of time.... but I’m taking the steps to better our relationship because he means so much to who I am today!

Resurrection of Christ means so much in our process of being here to serve in his name!

Sometimes you have to stop and sit in the emotions that feel uncomfortable and get familiar with it to where you shed those emotions that have been holding you hostage with all the external temptations and influences. When you do this and practice not taking anything personally this give you immunity from other peoples points of view or actions that create emotional poison. Awareness of the truth is first step to self mastery and you are in control of your story.

!TODAYS A FREASH START!

As I am always moving forward in the light I often pass my shadow from the past of my childhood ignoring the hurt I had as child because I always felt like my pain wasn’t something everyone wanted to hear about and that there is always someone in the world that’s going through something worse then me. So I keep moving forward letting my heart stay full but in reality it isn’t. It’s filled with hurt abandonment grief that I never took to the light to become a better person from. As I am now just dealing with so late in age I’m finding that I am still holding some painful feelings in because they are worth holding because I’m not ready for them to come out and hurt the people I love 💗

I know I’m not alone in this fight against ourselves but it’s more then that it’s your who what when where and “WHY” you do the things your doing in life....

We are human we make mistakes but each day is a new one to make an agreement with yourself to do better be more authentic then the day before.

See I’m not looking to the past to bring hurt and slow me down I’m looking to the “PRESENT” day moment that will lead to a better future if I do better in this moment “NOW”.

Today’s a fresh start at this life go out and do your best!
