1️⃣ Follow your surgeon’s instructions, every body and every surgery is different.
2️⃣ Stay ahead of pain with prescribed meds. Don’t wait for it to hit!
3️⃣ Keep surgical sites clean using only recommended products.
4️⃣ Never skip your follow-ups; they’re key to safe healing.
5️⃣ Take it easy. No heavy lifting or strenuous activity until cleared.
6️⃣ Rest, hydrate, and nourish your body, it’s doing big work!
