Spain Sober Living is on the lookout for a dedicated Male House Manager to join our team at the North Austin location! This live-in position is a unique chance to play a meaningful role in the recovery journey of others while helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and structured home environment.

🔑 Your Role Includes:

- Keeping the house running smoothly day-to-day

-Supporting residents with admissions, discharges, and transitions

- Leading weekly house meetings and offering peer support

- Helping residents stay on track in early recovery with accountability and guidance

-Benefits and Amenities

📌 What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in sober living or recovery-focused settings

-A minimum of 6–9 months of sobriety and completion of all 12 steps

- Strong communication and de-escalation skills

- A cell phone, a valid driver's license, and a heart for service

-Willingness to commit for at least 9 months
