Katrina Hawkins is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), completing a Doctorate in Psychology, who combines Eastern and Western philosophies to support mental health and healing. She utilizes a diverse set of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, humanistic, behavioral, and sociocultural therapy, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs through thorough assessments, active listening, and collaboration.
Her training includes expertise in substance abuse treatment, psychological evaluations, special education advocacy, and trauma-related disorders.
She is the Lead Psychologist at Killeen ISD, and her dedication was recognized as Texas Association of School Psychologists' Trainer of the Month (November 2024).

Keila Cervantes is a bilingual master’s level Mental Health Clinician, and a doctoral candidate in a Ph.D. Clinical Psychology program. Ms. Cervantes has extensive academic training and employment experience as a mental health professional. With over 10 years of experience, she works with people of all ages and backgrounds seeking psychological assessment and/or clinical treatment. Ms. Cervantes is a dedicated professional with an active academic track who utilizes various evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients heal and discover a path forward.
Ms. Keila Cervantes is fluent in English and Spanish.

Sandra F. Teniente is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Texas A&M – Kingsville and received her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Specialty in Community Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently working on obtaining her PhD in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Forensic Psychology. She has over 15 years direct experience in the behavioral & mental health, substance abuse and forensic fields.

Welcome our new Associate…

Nellie Fountain is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA). She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a B.A. in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at TAMU-CC. She is currently in the process of becoming a School Psychologist, where she will be able to complete evaluations for school-aged children to determine their qualification for special education services.
Nellie has experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, depressive, and other mood disorders. She strives to create an environment free of judgment, integrating principles from numerous evidence-based intervention strategies to establish an approach that is best suited for the individual. Nellie is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, with experience implementing Person-Centered, Interpersonal, and Solution-Focused Therapies. She also has experience both working with and providing evaluations for individuals with attentional issues, autism disorder, trauma, and other behavioral or emotional problems.
In her free time, Nellie loves to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with her husband and dog, Billie. She is currently accepting new clients!
