Vy has a passion for teaching and helping others to achieve their maximum potential in mine- body-soul. She has been practicing for over 30 years and has been teaching Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi for over 15 years. She develops custom Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi, Franklin Method programs for each of her clients, drawing from all 3 disciplines, if necessary, in order to increase flexibility, improve posture, and protect the skeletal system by developing core strength and exercising the muscles and the joints.
