Our Mission is to support individuals on a journey of self discovery. Practitioner members recognize the self healing power within the human body,mind, spirit. We invite you to discover and participate in a healing process. It is our aim to provide context and support for you to surrender fully within this healing process. Modalities currently offered include Massage Therapy, Energy Work, Transper

sonal and dietary guidance, and Mandala Healing Arts Workshops integrating modalities such as Breathwork, Bodywork, Meditation, Mandala Drawing, Movement Therapy, and Somatic Therapy, Rites of Passage, and Sound Therapies. Integrative sessions include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage, Energy Work, BreathWork, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, and Ionic Foot-baths. Transpersonal and dietary guidance are also available as separate services. Both individual and group Meditation Classes are also available.
