“When you come to see him, you’re not getting cookie-cutter care.”

Hear from one of our athletes, who has experienced our tailored approach first-hand and seen just how much our care evolves as you progress.

Sara knows, too, that great care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends. Education is a huge part of the process too. We make sure our patients learn the movements, habits, and tools that help them manage pain, recover faster, and feel better in everyday life.

The goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever. It’s to help you get to a point where you feel strong, capable, and confident on your own.

These small changes to your drive can make a big difference.

from is breaking down a few key fundamentals that help create more distance and a straighter ball path. Start with a strong grip, set your feet a little wider for a more stable base, make a full turn around your spine, and tee the ball high enough to hit up on impact.

Try these during your next round and see what happens. If your swing needs more than a quick fix, we’ll help you get connected with Jared!

There are so many opinions floating around about what actually works for pain and recovery. Here's what InMotion Sport & Spine recommends as a provider with over 15 years of experience as a sports chiropractor, firsthand experience with the recovery process as a college baseball player, and a track record of real results for real patients.

Hands-On Care: Active Release Technique (ART), dry needling, and scraping. They’re targeted, effective, and work well together as part of a treatment plan personalized for you.

Movement: Resistance training, isometrics & eccentrics, body weight exercise, band work, and nerve flossing. This is where long-term recovery happens.

Foundation: Sleep, hydration, nutrition, and how you think about pain are the foundation everything else is built on.
