I started this endeavor in August 2017 and since that time all of the raw materials that go into the syrup as well as prices at USPS have gone up a number of times. It became apparent to me last fall that I would need to increase prices to keep up, but I postponed it until now. The straw that broke the camel's back was an incredibly sharp increase in the price of organic elderberries grown in Europe when I purchased them this past month. I refuse to sacrifice quality of ingredients because a quality product is what I demand for my friends and family, but that is the only alternative to increasing prices. I absolutely hate to do it, but it must be done. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for your continued support.
