Hi FB Fam! I wanted to share something close to my heart with all of you. After many prayerful months of contemplating this project, and working diligently to make it happen! I wanted to share that my new Healthy Lifestyle website is live! 🎉

Since my hubby and I stay so busy with family, ministry and just having fun... we rarely have time to act on God-ideas as He gives us downloads. This time was different! It seems time keeps speeding up... and the more it does, the more intentional time we should take to consider our health and well-being.
