Pumpkin is full of Vitamin A, this keeps your gums healthy and your enamel strong!

As you may have noticed, everything on our list has been EAT! Thanksgiving comes only once a year, as long as you eat in moderation, brush and floss after your meal, your teeth and smile will stay healthy and bright!

The Thanksgiving Dinner food of the day,

Mashed Potatoes and Gravy: Absolutely!
Potatoes are full of vitamin C, B6 and potassium, as long as the ratio of potatoes is greater than the gravy you are all set for a delicious meal!

Just remember: Potatoes contain starch, starch = sugar, and sugar means to BRUSH AFTER EATING!! 😁😁😁

While cheese can be gooey and pastas contain starch that will leave sugars behind on your smile, the milk and cheese contain calcium which strengthen your teeth! Just remember to brush for 2 minutes after your thanksgiving meal!
