Codependency can look like love, but often feels like losing yourself to keep someone else happy. Healthy relationships require connection and boundaries.
𝟯 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

1. 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞-𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: You constantly put their needs above your own to avoid conflict.
2. 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞: You stay in unhealthy situations because being alone feels worse.
3. 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫-𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠: You feel responsible for solving their problems, emotions, or choices.

Tip: Ask yourself, “Am I supporting them, or am I sacrificing myself?” Healthy love should not cost your peace.
