Dairy? Gluten? Corn? Eggs? Soy? Nuts?
Do you feel like you might be intolerant to one of these foods, but none of the tests was conclusive? You gave up the food for a brief amount of time and didn’t feel much of a difference? You’re “mostly” gluten-free?
Join Ginger Webb in January for a 40 day food elimination and re-challenge class. Ginger will present a tried and true technique (taught originally by one of her teachers) to determine which food you are intolerant to (none? one or two?) and what you can do about it. This is a participatory class which meets three times (on zoom), with a text group for regular support.

This class is open to students who have completed or are currently enrolled in our Foundations of Herbalism course (or a similar program through another herb school- please reach out to us with questions).
