We want to take this time to recognize two amazing people at Silverleaf; Lorissa McCoy, Head Chef and Dalia Deltorre, Lakeline Assistant Manager as the winners of our “Go The Extra Mile” award! Go The Extra Mile is one of our Core Values here at Silverleaf and these two are excellent representations of what living that core value out on a daily basis looks like. Just a few examples of that recently were Lorissa proactively researching the unique dietary needs of a new resident to ensure her needs were met and that she enjoys her meals 😊 Dalia frequently goes the extra mile by getting to know each of our residents individually and learning what “makes them tick”. She always makes sure our residents needs are not only met but catered to in a way that makes each one feel seen and important. These are two amazing people that we are grateful for every day!
