As you may know there is bad weather approaching this weekend so unfortunately OM Yoga this Sunday 8/27 is going to be cancelled. If anyone is interested in a private lesson at their house though message me and we can work something out. Thanks!

Hey Yogis! There will be no OM Yoga next Sunday, 8/6/17. We will resume same time same place on Sunday 8/13/17. See you all then, watch out for event!

What a wonderful Sunday morning group we had this past week! We focused on a lot of hip opening.

Benefits of hip opening: When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine. In addition to the benefits of improved range of motion and circulation and decreased back pain, opening the hips can create an energetic shift or release as well.

Yoga is on for this Sunday 7/30 same time same place, event will be created soon. We will be doing a lot of twisting so get ready my yogi pretzels. See you soon!
