Vitiligo is a chronic skin condition where the skin loses pigment in patches due to the destruction of melanocytes. It’s not contagious.

How to prepare for Microneedling - Preparing for microneedling ensures you get the best results. Here are some tips to help you get ready:

1. Avoid Sun Exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid tanning for at least a week before your treatment to reduce skin sensitivity.
2. Discontinue Retinoids & Exfoliants: Stop using retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), or other exfoliating products 3-5 days before your session to prevent skin irritation.
