My name is Lauren-Elizabeth & I am an ASMR specialist, owner of a new business, Tingle Therapy- an ASMR Relaxation Studio! Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is ASMR! The best way to describe what ASMR is, is

in-fact through touch. My best explanation of ASMR in words are the examples of studies done about investigating the comfort & the literal survival of new born babies in relation to human touch in trusted & safe environments. We never "grow out of" needing touch, touch is therapeutic. In ASMR all over the world we can explore many different tingle triggers by sound, touch, & visuals. But in my sessions, I explore touch senses mostly & the visuals/sounds come with the territory. I focus on your sleep and/or relaxing therapeutic tingles with the use of hair brushes for hair caressing, soft sounds, tapping sounds, feather caressing, soft touch back & shoulder experience. It's a light touch actuality and creates "tingles" rushing through your body allowing unconscious motive for an overall deep meditative & heavenly state! ASMR is a mental massage, a mental release of thoughts, good & bad. ASMR is a new discussed relaxation phenomenon, but quite an established topic in psychology, especially sleep psychology.
