Posture isn’t something you need to “force” — it’s something your body should be able to support.

When certain muscles are overworked and others are underutilized, your body falls into positions that feel tight, stiff, or uncomfortable over time. Simply trying to “sit up straight” doesn’t fix the underlying issue.

Postural restoration exercises focus on:
• improving alignment through muscle balance
• restoring proper breathing mechanics
• building strength and control in the right areas
