Join us for the Climber’s Mobility Workshop on Saturday, January 17th | 9–10 AM at Mesa Rim Austin. This one-hour session is designed specifically for climbers who want to support pain-free movement, reduce injury risk, and improve how their body handles the demands of climbing.

“I’ve been seeing Mary at Empower U regularly for 6 months now. I started going to address hip and arch pain resulting from my marathon training. At the time, my hips felt locked up and I was struggling to run naturally, and I was having serious plantar fasciitis. Mary and the Empower U team are specialists in runners’ health and treatment, and after a few weeks of initial treatment (dry needling, hands-on work, and targeted exercises to address my specific injuries), my symptoms started to improve. Mary then helped create a plan for me to strengthen other weak areas in my body to prevent future injuries.
