Recognizing the problem is only the first step.
Changing it requires a bridge between what you *know* and what youâre *doing* to actually fix it
Sometimes thatâs as simple as a tiny shift in your training or nutrition plan.
Other times itâs as complex as balancing hormones or completely re-wiring your mindset.
You canât *think* your way into a healthier gut, a better body, or a regulated nervous system (looking at all yâall âgo-go-goâ people who canât sit still or rest without feeling guilty)
You have to build the foundation and stay disciplined in taking consistent, relentless action.
Our entire coaching process can be boiled down to exactly this:â¨â¨Step 1: Assess to identify the problems (awareness)â¨Step 2: Prime to implement solutions to fix them (action)
Step 3: Transform to reap the rewards (growth)
Awareness + action = growth.
But most people skip steps. They want to go straight to the transformation phase without enough (or any) awareness or action first.
And when you skip steps, the end result is never what you actually hoped for.
(Thatâs why youâre playing âguess and checkâ / hoping things work and feel like youâre spinning your wheels)
That sucks.
Donât do that.
Love yourself enough to know you deserve better.
