James Clear (Atomic Habits) says that ā€œyou don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systemsā€

Brother…if that ain’t the truth.

My success and the success of my clients isn’t luck.
It’s not gifted genetics.
It’s not guesswork or ā€œtrial-and-errorā€

It’s systems and strategy that support the health, habits, routines, and mindset that lead to a responsive and predictable body.

Without systems, you’re running around like a chicken with your head cut off:
- Playing ā€œmacro tetrisā€ just hoping that you’ll hit your targets
- Missing meals, water, supplements, or cardio sessions cause you ā€œthought you’d have more timeā€ or ā€œsomething else came upā€
- Running on poor sleep, high stress, and a body that’s unresponsive and unpredictable

With the right systems in place, adherence and consistency become easy AF.

My clients and I have systems for everything.
- I know exactly what days and time of day I’m training, doing my cardio, and eating my meals.
- I have a 1/2 gallon water jug with a target to drink 1 by noon, 1 before bed (and I hate small water bottles cause I counting is hard lmao šŸ˜‚)
- I have a fishing tack-box that I keep all my supplements in so I can take them anywhere I go and have easy access to them
- Every time my nutrition plan gets updated, I build out a new meal plan for myself so all I have to do is execute it
- I have a consistent morning routine, evening routine, bed time, and wake time

Successful people create systems so that essential tasks always get done.

So in our coaching we start by establishing the foundation, then building systems on top of that in ways that are challenging - not overwhelming.

That’s how this becomes easy AF, results become guaranteed, and you have more freedom to enjoy life without ā€œstarting overā€ afterwards.

Better systems + better health, habits, routines, and mindset = predictable, sustainable results.

It’s not rocket science.
It’s regular science.

It’s not easy.
But it is simple.

Don’t overcomplicate it šŸ¤˜šŸ¼

This morning I told my coach I wanted to get a lil shredded for the wedding in March.

And it hit me that this cut feels ~different~ because it’s going to look ~different~

1. It’s not a bodybuilding prep
2. I haven’t been in a deficit in 3+ years
3. I’ve NEVER cut in the winter
4. Because snowboarding lol
5. So cardio and training are gonna look different because I’m not going full blown ā€œbodybuilder prep modeā€

Look I love bodybuilding
But I LOVE snowboarding
It cures my depression and has literally saved my life

(Before bodybuilding I was a competitive freestyle snowboarder - swipe for some random pics from now back to college ft the most ridiculous attire šŸ˜‚)

So heading into this cut and through the winter Iā€˜ll be:

- training 3-4x/week (instead of 5)
- riding 2-3x per week or more
- sometimes swapping cardio for more snowboarding or vice versa
- doing yoga 1x/week (cause my body feels when I do)

I can do this and still get shredded (and stay lean year round) cause I’ve built an insanely strong foundation.

I’m consistent AF in my nutrition, water, sleep, digestion, stress management, internal health, training / cardio / movement / steps, etc.

That’s all become so habitual it’s easy.
That foundation is what gives me so much freedom and flexibility to crush my goals while also crushing life.

I mean I’m literally getting shredded while shredding šŸ˜‚

So while the training and cardio might look ~different~ than what I’ve done in the past, it’s what sustainability looks like for me in this cut, phase of life, time of year, etc.

My job is to help you build that same foundation

To feel that same freedom, flexibility, and confidence in knowing you can crush your goals and your life

Whether it’s fully custom done-for-you 1:1 coaching built around your biofeedback and your life…

Or The Daily Lift (launching 1/1/26) if you’re comfortable being more self-led but want the structure, education, accountability, and a proven plan…

That freedom is what our coaching is all about šŸ¤˜šŸ¼

Now excuse me while I go sit in the Normatecs cause first day of the season today has me BEAT šŸ˜‚

Made it to Santa Fe!

Still drank 1 gallon of water
Still hit our nutrition targets
Still hit our steps

These are 3 non-negotiables and I hit no matter the circumstances

In the beginning, it took careful planning to be able to stay on track / adapt when circumstances change to navigate travel, vacations, work craziness, changing plans, etc.

Then, we increased our awareness and learned the tools to be adaptable and stay on plan on the fly with ease

Tools and knowledge like:

- Paying attention to nutrition labels and building a knowledge of the macronutrients (protein / carbs / fats) in various food sources
- Having a structured nutrition plan so we know what macro targets to aim for with each meal (building intuition to be able to eat intuitively)
- Learning how to adjust on the fly when we’re in a pinch (like where we can get grilled chicken sandwiches or how to fill weird leftover macros at the end of the day)
- Having an understanding of how many steps we typically get in a day + a plan to get them in while we’re road tripping (like short walks, runs, or calisthenics at every stop)

These are the kind of tools that have helped make this lifestyle easy and sustainable. They help keep us consistent, and that consistency has given us freedom, flexibility, improved physical/mental health, and control over our bodies.

At this point it’s all become habitual and a part of who we are…the kind of people who prioritize:

- Fueling our bodies with wholesome nutrition that digests well
- Moving our bodies in ways that feel good on a daily basis
- Quality sleep
- Stress management / mindfulness
- Aiming for consistency over perfection

It really can be so simple.
So that’s what we teach.
Cause that’s what lasts.

So when you see our clients killing it, know that it’s not just a quick fix…it’s forever - cause we helped them make it a part of who they are at their core, and we combined it with our system that’s works with their life - for life.

What. A. Weekend.

This is my favorite event of the year, every year.

To have so many of our athletes and coaches in the same place at the same time is so fulfilling, and a good reminder of the good in all of us. Some of the kindest, most industrious, loving, caring, and supportive humans all in one place on a mission to grow as individuals and as a community.

Thank you to every single one of you who came out this weekend, who took a leap of faith to meet your teammates IRL, who stood next to your peers to celebrate their wins, who leaned into the support and space that we hold for each other in the face of adversity, and who contribute to the insanely powerful community that is

We couldn’t do it without yall.

I know we’re all walking away from this weekend feeling clear, confident, and unbelievably motivated to bring our absolute best into 2026.

Which is good, cause….its gonna be a BIG year for all of us.

We’ll have a full update coming with pics and video shot by the homie

For now, we gotta pack up the truck cause we’re leaving for the mountains in 12 hours šŸ˜‚

Life is crazy and damn is it good.

Love y’all,

A year ago today on a cloudy and rainy day, I convinced to go for a walk in the rain with me so I could ask her to marry me.

Y’all I was not slick about it at all šŸ˜‚

I was actually wanting to propose in New Zealand a couple months prior, but the ring was a month late in production.

We were just north of Keri Keri, NZ walking on this BEAUTIFUL completely secluded beach made of pink seashells. I was like ā€œbruh…this really would have been the perfect place to propose and the damn ring wasn’t ready in time šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø ā€œ

I wanted some pics (of the place I had wanted to propose lol), so I went to set up my phone to take a video. We took some pics and then without skipping a beat Alexa goes, ā€œyo I really thought you were gonna propose to me just nowā€ and I was like ā€œBRO THIS WAS THE PLAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE RING FOR THIS TRIP šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ā€

So when I did actually get the ring and was re-planning my proposal, I remembered that moment on the pink beach.

I thought, ā€œif we can’t have a pink beach, maybe I can make a pink bridgeā€

So I ordered like 30,000+ pink rose petals with the idea of covering this bridge with them in downtown Austin.

I did so much math and was like ā€œthat’s a s**t ton of rose petals I bet it’ll cover a HUGE section of bridgeā€

Apparently 30,000+ rose petals is not as many as it seems like šŸ˜‚

To anyone who’s trying to do something similar….multiply however many flower petals you need by at least 4 šŸ˜‚

All in all it was a beautiful day.

The rain let up for the perfect 30 minutes, right on time for the proposal and photos.

Most importantly, she said ā€œyesā€ šŸ˜‚

And we couldn’t have done it without the friends and family we had with us that day.

1 year ago she said yes.
89 days from now we’ll say ā€œI doā€ and party with our friends and family for a week in Mexicooooo.
And every day I grow more grateful for a love like this.

Day 1 of team weekend is in the books and man, to say I’m grateful would be a massive understatement šŸ–¤

We started things off last night at and it was a BLAST - highly recommended and even though we got robbed of the win, this was such a fun way to kick off the weekend. Shoutout to for hosting a great time.

This morning, I took some of the squad to train at .atx while Alexa and the others got zen AF with morning yoga at and coffee Friday at

Then the team spent the afternoon strolling south congress (did .d.tommy get his exotic boots?) while our coaches crushed some work, planning, and mentorship at

Now heading to the Airbnb for a night of food, games, team building, yearly reflection, and building the vision with our athletes in 2026.

The energy of this team is unmatched, man.
The growth, the progress, the camaraderie and support for each other is exactly what makes this an environment for growth in all forms.

Lots more athletes rolling / flying in tonight and tomorrow!

Tonight’s gonna be a blast.
Tomorrow’s gonna be even better šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Today kicks off the team meetup and I’m so stoked for it.

Our athletes are flying in from all over to spend the weekend together learning, growing, connecting, and setting the foundation to crush life in 2026.

We’ve got game nights, training sessions, yoga, yearly reflection and planning sessions, our annual holiday potluck party that goes HARD AF every December, and a few surprises up our sleeves that I’m not gonna share just yet šŸ‘€

This is my favorite weekend of the year.
I’m so stoked to see and officially MEET so many of our people IRL.

Crazy to think this all started as a dream to help people live their best lives and to see how much it’s grown and become family is wild to me.

SEE Y’ALL IN A FEW HOURS!!

At some point the ā€œhealth and fitnessā€ industry became more about ā€œfitnessā€ than it is about ā€œhealthā€

Bummer, because healthy bodies are more responsive and more predictable.

It sounds obvious but it’s so often overlooked:

Health HAS to come first.

We need to get back to giving the body what it needs so that it can give us what we want.

I see too many people ā€œfightingā€ their bodies, trying to ā€œforceā€ them to change.

Dawg, we never fight the body.

That would be like driving a car with the wheels out of alignment, no oil, engine issues, etc. and trying to FORCE it to perform.

You’re only gonna make things worse.

Step 1 is we need to take a step back and ASSESS to identify what the body needs (our Assessment Phase is the major key here). What are the problems? What are the ā€œcracks in the foundationā€ that are holding you back? Is it internal health / hormones? Habits? Mindset? Inconsistency? You NEED an Assessment Phase.

(Funny thing is we do this with cars and houses - always inspect or check the carfax - but not with our own bodies…)

Step 2: now that we’ve identified the problems, we PRIME - and implement solutions to fix them.

THEN we can go to Step 3 and TRANSFORM - and results roll in like you’ve only dreamed of.

Because you did the work to Assess and Prime to set a strong foundation to build upon.

That’s why you see our clients winning.

It’s not just effort, it’s strategy.

Comment QUIZ and I’ll run you through an Assessment + build out a 12 month blueprint plan for $0 (cause I wanna see you win šŸ¤˜šŸ¼)

On any journey, there will be times where you want to avoid doing the sh*t you need to do to get to where you want to be.

It is very important that you do it anyway.

Keep your promises.
Follow the plan.
