James Clear (Atomic Habits) says that āyou donāt rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systemsā
Brotherā¦if that aināt the truth.
My success and the success of my clients isnāt luck.
Itās not gifted genetics.
Itās not guesswork or ātrial-and-errorā
Itās systems and strategy that support the health, habits, routines, and mindset that lead to a responsive and predictable body.
Without systems, youāre running around like a chicken with your head cut off:
- Playing āmacro tetrisā just hoping that youāll hit your targets
- Missing meals, water, supplements, or cardio sessions cause you āthought youād have more timeā or āsomething else came upā
- Running on poor sleep, high stress, and a body thatās unresponsive and unpredictable
With the right systems in place, adherence and consistency become easy AF.
My clients and I have systems for everything.
- I know exactly what days and time of day Iām training, doing my cardio, and eating my meals.
- I have a 1/2 gallon water jug with a target to drink 1 by noon, 1 before bed (and I hate small water bottles cause I counting is hard lmao š)
- I have a fishing tack-box that I keep all my supplements in so I can take them anywhere I go and have easy access to them
- Every time my nutrition plan gets updated, I build out a new meal plan for myself so all I have to do is execute it
- I have a consistent morning routine, evening routine, bed time, and wake time
Successful people create systems so that essential tasks always get done.
So in our coaching we start by establishing the foundation, then building systems on top of that in ways that are challenging - not overwhelming.
Thatās how this becomes easy AF, results become guaranteed, and you have more freedom to enjoy life without āstarting overā afterwards.
Better systems + better health, habits, routines, and mindset = predictable, sustainable results.
Itās not rocket science.
Itās regular science.
Itās not easy.
But it is simple.
Donāt overcomplicate it š¤š¼
