Your first step to wellness begins with an expert evaluation. You will share your history, concerns and questions with one of our providers. Our person-centered care includes spending time with you to formulate a treatment plan.

Medication is often a helpful option and our providers work with you to understand options including risks, benefits and alternatives. We work together with our patients and include you in the decision-making process.

Our person-centered holistic treatment approach includes brief therapy and psychoeducation during your evaluation and follow up visits. Our practitioners are trained and experienced in different therapy styles and also offer referrals to other local therapists.
