🌷✨Meet our staff Monday!✨🌷 Time change and sunshine, we hope you all are enjoying the start to a new week! Today, we'd like to introduce our extraordinary HR/Executive Assistant, Kellie Morrow! 🌱
"I have served in the Air Force Reserves/National Guard for 12 years, where I have been given the opportunity to travel and grow in ways I never thought possible. After two deployments and many short tours, I am glad to say I will be hanging that hat up in May of this year and focusing on my career and personal life. I'm a 6th generation Texan, however my partner and I are somewhat new to Austin since we moved here in the summer of 2021. We love how many adventures and opportunities Austin has to behold.
As the Executive Assistant, I am Tiffany Anschutz's right hand woman. I work with her on many administrative tasks as well as fill the role of Human Resources for Sage. I enjoy my position because it means helping our staff and I can't think of what's better than working for a company that also helps people! Outside of work, my hobbies include kickboxing, hiking, traveling, and anything to do with being in or near water!"
Kellie is a pillar at Sage. She supports our staff on a day-to-day basis and we wouldn't be able to do what we do best without her. Thank you for all your guidance and positive energy, Kellie! We appreciate all that you do for our staff and Sage Recovery as a whole. 🤍

Setting boundaries is a form of self-care. It helps create a clear guideline of how you would like to be treated. Boundaries let others know what is and what is not okay/acceptable. It honors our needs and wants so that we feel respected and safe. Boundaries create trust and build healthy relationships with self and others! ✨

✨☀️Meet our staff Monday! ☀️✨ We hope you all are enjoying this beautiful sunshine today. Today, we'd like to shine a spotlight on one of our amazing Admissions Specialists, Taylar Seay! 🌿
Starting from the very beginning, Taylar is one of the first signs of hope for those who call in. During the admissions process, it may very well be someone's first time opening up about their life and what's going on. She does a fantastic job at creating a safe, honest, space that allows people to get vulnerable. From there, Taylar assesses with our clinical team what the best and most appropriate recommendation of care would be to continue the persons' healing journey. Taylar is with our clients and their families every step of the way from the first time a client calls in to the moment they land where they need to go, whether it be with Sage Recovery or another resource. Taylar is a person in recovery with over 6 years of continuous sobriety! With her lived experience, she does such an amazing job at letting people know they're not alone and that there is hope.
In her free time, Taylar loves to spend time with her son, check out all the best pizza spots in town, listen to live music, hang with friends, travel, and collect vinyls! 🌟
Taylar, thank you for all that you do! You are a beacon of light for so many and we are so grateful to have you on the Sage team. 🤍

✨Meet our staff Monday!✨We hope you all are feeling refreshed and enjoying the sunshine this Monday morning! Today, we'd like to introduce our very own President & Founder, Tiffany Anschutz, LCSW! 🌿☀️
Tiffany is a licensed clinical social worker who has extensive experience in the mental health and addiction fields. Tiffany graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Social Work. While in graduate school, Tiffany co-facilitated adolescent group therapy at Lehman High School in Kyle, TX and established the county’s first LGBTQ peer group. Her career started as a clinical social worker on the adult intensive care psychiatric unit at a large psychiatric hospital. She later moved onto the detox unit where she established her love for helping clients struggling with alcohol and drugs develop the necessary roadmap to recovery and connect them with resources suitable for their unique needs. Later, Tiffany joined their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) running a Co-Occurring IOP group.
In her varied experience, Tiffany knew there were elements that were missing from a top-notch program that could make a huge impact in the success rate of a client’s recovery and mental wellness. This desire to bring about the change that was needed led her to open the doors to Sage Recovery & Wellness Center in 2014 with the vision of Sage Recovery Villa, a new residential treatment center for adults she opened in the summer of 2018. Sage Recovery & Wellness Center is built upon this philosophy: client centered quality care.
Tiffany is passionate about community outreach and community education. She serves as the Co-Chair on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work and continues to host free Continuing Education events at Sage Recovery & Wellness Center to support the ongoing education of current and future clinicians.
We are so grateful for all that you have done in your many years of dedicated service, Tiffany! You are a shining example of "being the change you wish to see in the world." ☀️🌱🤍
