Yoga Immersions, lifestyle training programs, workshops, retreats and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training courses led by Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza and partner teachers. Today there are many yoga teacher trainees who have graduated from the Yoga Illumined programs who teach and share yoga throughout the world guided by the principles of Patanjali's yoga sutras and the wisdom of our root Guru, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, Ramamurti S.
