Yoga Immersions, lifestyle training programs, workshops, retreats and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training courses led by Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza and partner teachers. Today there are many yoga teacher trainees who have graduated from the Yoga Illumined programs who teach and share yoga throughout the world guided by the principles of Patanjali's yoga sutras and the wisdom of our root Guru, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, Ramamurti S. is a gift. Every musician in the world understands innately that we play to satisfy the soul and the sound within. I feel so blessed to have music always and friends such as who will be at my home on December 20 from 5-7 pm sharing Hindustani classical music and kirtan.

I was watching TV and then all of a sudden this image popped up 😂my devices like to sync —- this is at Ananda Ashram in Monroe, NY where I would often get asked “what do you wear there?”

Mumus and tutus and elephant heads were some of my answers — the other one was - “you wear what you usually wear to an ashram outside of Manhattan or what you were wearing when you get out of the train, car, bus that you took from wherever you came from…”

I know that it’s because lots of ashrams have dress codes. It’s a nice idea in theory to have folks wear the same attire anywhere but difficult in practice.
