Giving thanks to our Mother Earth who has many names. Giving thanks for the sustenance, sharing her life blood with us, clothing us, homing us, healing us, giving us reasons to celebrate with ceremonies of abundance, good harvests, renewal of life. For the stories and songs (our songs, bird songs, the sound of flowing water, wind, fire crackling)

I didn’t realize there’s an herbalist day now? Feliz dia de yerberxs 🤎🍃

Plants and ALL of their sacred medicinas, including physical, energetic and spiritual offerings have led me to this fruitful life and path I walk. Giving thanks to my homelands full of mezquite, huizache, nopal and mosquitoes, the plants that have helped me heal anxiety, depression, the web that is woven in connecting people to plants around them, and giving thanks to all the matriarchs and ancestors in my family who tend to plants and have passed on this never ending curiosity and love for the land.

2026 marks a year of having our newest kitten, bunny. A year of , another year of ceremonies, community y danza, another year with my love, seeds n names planted. I was sitting here wondering how the year flew by so fast but then I look back on these photos n realize I was life maxxing as the kiddos would say 😂
Here’s to another year of being in service, another year of being held by the land. Los amo.

Ancestors embrace has officially made a gentle return after this past Luna llena. This formula came to me after visiting my homelands in south Texas, after hanging out with some very old mesquite trees at the family ranch. At the time, I hadn’t visited home in about 5 years, mostly wanting to avoid some trauma I was not ready to look at. My grandpa helped me collect some mesquite sap, I took it home and tinctured it in mezcal, thought about my visit. Ancestors embrace is a homage to my homelands of south Texas, and to the homelands from which my family descends (SLP, Guanajuato → TAM y COA → TX)

This blend is to help strengthen your intuition, feel the strength of your ancestors, remind you of what it took for you to be in existence today, support in dream work.

Limited amount per usual.

🌬️ 2024 in a few shots. This year was wild. Full of deep cuts, growth/challenges that would’ve scared me off a couple of years ago. I started offering classes independently, holding a deeper trust in doing what brings joy not only to me but the community, got on a plane for the first time EVER as a 29 year old 🥲 (I am a land creature!!!!), accepted new and challenging roles within my community, saying YES to more opportunities, connected with awesome ppl and even came out on Austin PBS with a fire cider bit.

And OH YEA, me N la bestie opened a fcking mini apothecary!!!! 😭

I like to reflect this time of year as we are deep in the north direction, our bodies are needing rest, our spirits are needing uplifting and also in places of needing to FEEL grief… and remember that we are tired, joyful, resilient creatures.

I turned 29 a couple of days ago ❣️ half way through my Saturn return and reaching the last year of my 20s 🕸️ It’s feeling like an initiation of sorts. Lots of dreams and intuitive feelings I was having last year are coming to fruition now. Feeling more protective of my energy and loved ones, & more certain of what I want in this existence, the vision is feeling clear.

Flowers grown by sam (I’m gonna use them for this years batch of cempasúchil agüitas), figs harvested with friends, hawk feather found on my bday, cake sam surprised me with (made by ), and the spider bear is how I see myself 😙🕸️
