The colleagues I thought would reject my new career back in the day became my repeat customers at companies throughout my coaching career. I’ve spoken at Bain, McKinsey, TikTok, Accenture, even to my Master’s Program alumni network.

Your beliefs are not facts. They are thoughts you have practiced long enough to trust. And here is what neuroscience confirms: every time you notice a limiting thought and redirect it, you are physically building a new neural pathway.

The question I stopped asking: “Is this true?”
The question that changed everything: “Is this useful?”

Swipe through for the breakdown - including the thought redirects I used most when I was in the thick of it. Your mind is not always your ally. It’s a practice & a muscle to turn it into one.

Humming is one of the most underrated nervous system tools you already have. 🐝

A 2023 published study compared humming to physical activity, emotional stress, and even sleep — and humming produced the lowest stress index of all four. It raised HRV, lowered heart rate, and shifted the body into parasympathetic mode. A separate study found it increases nitric oxide production by up to 15 times.

Five rounds of bee breath. That's it. Swipe for the how-to and the research behind it.

Let’s talk about impostor syndrome -
One of my favorite topics in leadership

The imposter phenomenon was first developed by psychologists in 1978, specifically while studying high-achieving women. The core finding was that even though these women were highly successful by external measures, they felt their success was due to luck or mysterious circumstance rather than their own skill and competence.

A KPMG survey of 750 female executives found that 75% reported experiencing imposter syndrome at some point in their careers, and 81% said they put more pressure on themselves not to fail compared to their male counterparts.

The most interesting finding: The most commonly linked groups to impostor syndrome are high-achieving individuals, disproportionately in academics and healthcare. For high achievers, fear of being exposed often intensifies with increased responsibility and visibility. Even a strong performance can feel insufficient because personal standards are so high.

Imposter syndrome is more common among high achievers specifically, so if you’re experiencing it, that may actually be a signal that you belong in the room you’re doubting yourself in.

Something to think about!

I’d love your thoughts in the comments or via DM and what your experience with it is, how you deal with it and what helps!

The more you know - the more you know you don’t know, and the higher your standards are.
I think if more people knew this - we could hold ourselves back far less.

Bridging the Mystical with the Practical ⬇️

For some reason today felt like a good day to reminisce on the wedding of my dear friends Kristyn & Martin in Ravello, Italy. This was a special opportunity to guide a meditation, build an altar and offer a ceremonial smudging & blessing for the couple 🤍

It was with much thought & intention that we considered how to honor the elements, and the ancestors, on one of the most special days two people will ever share.

We are physical beings who live in a world of energy. Ether is the 5th element that contains our energy, thoughts, wishes, intentions, desires, hopes & dreams. It’s also the realm that those who came before us occupy.

It’s one of the greatest blessings of my life to be friends with those who also share a passion for understanding and honoring ancient concepts and bringing them into modern day reality.

I hope that all of us, at some point, can find a calling for bringing a bit of the sacred into ordinary living. And if you’re curious & want to understand this more - I’m just a message away. Xo

Did you know that lack of menstrual care & education is a top reason why girls drop out of school in developing countries? The Girl Up Uganda initiative stole my heart when I met their Director, Monica, at a women’s conference in November.

They provide hands on skills and resources to teach girls about their health and help them stay in school, leading to better outcomes for entire families and communities.

If you know me, you know women’s health is deeply personal. From my volunteer work in Ecuador to studying indigenous wisdom around the world, I want what I’m building at WWB to lift up women everywhere.

This year at each of our events you’ll be able to donate to GUIU and my team and I will be measuring the collective impact we can make in one year together. It’s shocking how little it costs to provide menstrual care products for a girl, keeping her in school. I’ll be sharing more stats on this throughout the year.

Appreciate you and your support and can’t wait for 2026 to fully kick off!

Let 2026 be the year you understand how your body works. This workshop is for everyone, and I can’t wait to teach this life changing information.

Understanding my cycle has supported me with: better energy, better sleep, feeling stronger in my workouts, getting more done without guilt…

And it’s supported my clients with: creating more sustainable habits, understanding fluctuations in mood & mental health, knowing what self care looks like and how it’s different throughout the month.

Bring your friend, husband or boyfriend to deepen connection & understanding.

Men - we’d LOVE to see you there too. This is the best option to understand the women in your life better. 🤍

Head to the link in bio to grab your spot. We’ll have some sponsored goodies stocked for you to take home!
