Dear Loyal Clients ,
We hope this message finds you well. As we continue to focus on delivering exceptional care in musculoskeletal and pain management at CHARM, we have made the decision to discontinue our medspa services. This change allows us to concentrate on our core specialties, ensuring the highest quality of care for all our patients.
We are grateful for the opportunity to have provided medspa services to you, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us. Julie will continue to see clients through the end of April, ensuring a smooth transition for all her current appointments.
Regarding your memberships, we want to assure you that we will handle the transition with care. All memberships will be either value-added to other services or reimbursed on a monthly pro-rated basis. Our team will be in touch with you individually to discuss the details.
We also want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for Julie's dedication and expertise. As she embarks on a new journey, establishing her own business, we are excited to support her in this venture. Julie's passion and commitment to her clients have been truly inspiring, and we have no doubt she will continue to thrive in her future endeavors.
We encourage you to continue supporting Julie as she begins this new chapter. Her professionalism and care have been invaluable to our community, and we are confident that her new venture will be equally successful.
