I’ve been listening closely…
to what feels aligned, and what no longer does.

And this season is asking for something different.

less forcing
more flow
less doing
more being

I’m honoring that 🌿✨

There is a season for everything…

A time to grow, to bloom, to give…
and a time to soften, to rest, to return to the soil.

For me, this is a season of quiet.

After deep reflection, I’m choosing to step back from seeing Reiki clients for now.

Listening to the subtle rhythm that asks me not to force what once flowed so naturally.
and.clover has been a sacred garden in my life.
It has held me, shaped me, and connected me with so many beautiful souls.
I carry deep gratitude for that 💖

And now, I’m trusting what wants to grow next 🌱

Letting the soil rest.
Letting the path unfold.
Letting life meet me in a new way.

To me, presence isn’t about doing more or fixing anything. It’s simply about being in the moment fully ✨️🌿

When I work with someone, I attune deeply to their nervous system. I listen not just with my ears, but with my whole being. I slow my breath, sync to theirs, and meet them exactly where they are.

By doing so, I show up for you. I’m not anywhere else but right here... in this room, in this moment, in this breath... with you 💞

From that space, something shifts...
The body begins to soften.
The heart feels safe to open.
The mind releases its grip.

This past year has been one of deep transformation 🐍 Moving to a new city, navigating divorce, and rebuilding my business from the ground up... phew! 😅

For a while, I felt like a near-dead houseplant... dried out, all brown and yellow, and hangry for nourishment. But, I’ve been watering my roots, polishing my light, rerouting my energy inward, and trusting the process. And now, my soil is wet again 💦 I’m green! I’m growing! I’m getting stronger! 🌿🌳

I’ve chosen to love myself first and in doing so, I have even more love to give because I’m no longer abandoning myself in the process. I’m here. I’m ready. 💞

I know what it’s like to move through portals of transformation... to leap in full faith into the unknown and sit with the discomfort of letting go of what’s safe and familiar... To depend on my Inner Wisdom, my Inner Strength, and a Pure Loving Power Greater Than Me.

My path might look unconventional from the outside, but it’s guided by an inner intelligence beyond logic... one that flows with the Tao, the Way, God’s plan for me. I’m not here to live a tiny life. I’m here to be big!

To grow, you have to leave the constriction of a shell that’s too small. So, I’ve just been over here shedding my skin like a snake 🐍 so I can fly even higher like the sparkling butterfly I am 🦋✨

If there's ever an answer, it's more love 💞 I'm human, and I'm not perfect. Neither is anyone else. So let's just be kind, and meet each other where we're at ✨️ I dedicate myself to more love. It's a tall order, but I know my heart is ready. Plus, y'all?! Definitely love! More love! And then, even MORE love!

Love doesn't mean people get walk all over you though, ignoring your boundaries, and not getting your own needs met. That's unhealthy! That's trying to pour from an empty cup. That causes resentment. That's the opposite of what I'm trying to achieve!

I'm here for healthy love! I'm here for mindful love! I'm here to embody love 💖 and I'm here to receive the same level of love I put out into the world! I know I'm worthy of so much love, and so are you! 😘 Cheers to a more loving world in 2025!

Destigmatize talking about mental health! September is su***de prevention month, and this is a topic near and dear to my heart. I've felt the pain of losing a family member to su***de and have struggled with mental health myself. And you know what could make it better? Actually talking about mental health *without judgement or shame* just as much as we talk about physical health. Not talking about mental health means mental health suffers. Just like physical health would suffer if we never talked about or addressed physical hygiene, proper nutrition, or physical exercise.

Let's be honest, our medical insurance system sucks and what really sucks is that preventative mental health services usually aren't covered. Professional support can feel financially out of reach for many, and what sucks even more is that those who even have the funds to seek help often feel ashamed to even seek help because our society currently holds such a stigma around mental health. That's messed up! But you know what's awesome, there are free services like and no, you don't need to be on the brink of su***de or strung out with a needle in your arm to call/text them. You can just feel a bit anxious, having a hard time facing the world, or feel overwhelmed. You don't need to be in a crisis to receive help. Heck, let's not let it even become a crisis before you seek help! Don't wait until your car metaphorically crashes... make an effort to seek help when the engine light comes on. Don't wait until you're actually contemplating su***de. Seek help when you're noticing you're not excited about waking up to go about another week.

I love you, and you are worthy of being here! You are worthy of receiving help! There are always those who will have it worse than you. Don't minimize your struggles and gaslight yourself out of seeking help. Don't wait until it's too late to make the simple changes. You don't have to be reactive... you can prevent. You are strong enough, worthy enough, and I'm proud of you!

The exhale... Ahh! *takes a big stretch and yawn* My gears take extra time to shift during transitions, and I thrive on stable routines and familiarity. So let's get real: moving across the country from SC to TX is one of the biggest gear shifts a person can experience, and all familiarity and routine are thrown out the window. Phew! I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

My body is craving a slow down, a pause, a recalibration, and a time to nest.

I take my role seriously, and believe that personal self-care is critical so I'm able to show up for you the way you need me to. So right now, I'm taking a sacred pause from seeing clients. crystal + clover is going through a metamorphosis, and I'm just riding the wave. Where I'm headed, I'm not quite sure, but that's okay! I know it's going to rad 🤙 So, I'm just going to lean into the current flow. Thanks for surfing along with me! 🏄‍♀️
