We’re excited to give a big KUDOS to one of our amazing CBCC nurses — Addie! 👏💙

Each month, CBCC associates participate in our Golden Nuggets Recognition Program, where team members can write a “golden nugget” to recognize a colleague who goes above and beyond, lends a helping hand, or simply brightens someone’s day. Every golden nugget submitted enters that associate into a monthly drawing for special recognition.

Addie, thank you for all that you do for our patients, families, and team here at the CBCC. Your kindness, dedication, and compassion never go unnoticed — you are truly appreciated! 💛✨

St. Baldrick’s Fair is making its grand return to Dell Children’s on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 2 PM to 5 PM! 🎉

🎪 What to Expect:
We don’t want to give away all the secrets just yet, but think carnival games, a live DJ, dancing, delicious eats… and of course, the chance to Brave the Shave to help conquer childhood cancer. 💈💚

At Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center (CBCC), we are passionate about fighting for these kids and families. 💪 Will you join us?

St. Baldrick’s Fair is making its grand return to Dell Children’s on Saturday, March 7, 2026! 🎉

🎪 What to Expect:
We don’t want to give away all the secrets just yet, but think carnival games, a live DJ, dancing, delicious eats… and of course, the chance to Brave the Shave to help conquer childhood cancer. 💈💚

💡 Why It Matters:

More children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease—more than many other childhood illnesses combined.

Before the age of 20, about 1 in 263 children in the U.S. will face cancer.

Globally, a child is diagnosed every 2 minutes.

Every September, the Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center (CBCC) shines a spotlight on Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Sickle Cell Awareness Month. To celebrate, we’re bringing back one of our favorite traditions: Special Dress-Up Days! 🎉

Patients and families visiting clinic on these days are invited to join the fun—so get ready to show off your style with PJ Day, Sports Day, Disney Day, Denim Day, and more! 🏈👑👖
