We are pawsotively thrilled to welcome our new therapy dog Matti to GMCC! Matti is a 4 year old golden doodle who became a certified therapy dog after completing a six month training at Dog Training Elite (www.dogtrainingelite.com) located in Austin. She trained with Amanda Jensen, LCSW and will work with her and clients at our Round Rock location.
Matti’s favorite things to do in session are giving hugs to clients, napping on the couch, provide regulating pressure and other sensory input, and playing with the therapy toys Amanda has in her room. She also love blueberry facials at the dog spa and laying her head on laps. Matti can’t wait to meet everyone!
