Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Matt began his massage journey in 1999 after completing massage school there. In 2002, Matt relocated to Austin, drawn by the city’s vibrant music scene and growing wellness community. Over the past two decades, Matt has built a reputation as a dedicated healer, helping Austinites feel their best through skilled, intuitive bodywork. He specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage, often incorporating targeted stretching to enhance results.

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist whose style is best described as methodical, with the intention of relaxing and resetting the body’s nervous system by incorporating and infusing the relaxing qualities of Swedish along with the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue where needed.
Relieving chronic neck tension from working at a computer all day is one of her specialties, as well as working on facial, sinus and TMJ disorders.
She is also a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist and enjoys incorporating tension relieving facial massage.
Above all, Lauren enjoys creating a massage that is custom tailored to what each client’s needs are in order to meet them where they are currently, both physically and mentally, in order to leave them feeling noticeably improved and relaxed.
