Free HRT is available to any ASHwell patient receiving PrEP Services or HIV Care.

It all starts with an initial Gender Affirming Care appointment to set goals and expectations. At your quarterly follow-ups we'll cover medication management and the standard screenings and labs.

Already a patient? Talk with us about starting your Gender Affirming Care journey.

For new patients, once care is established we can start you on your HRT journey.

Because of your generosity, we’re able to continue providing HIV testing, Hep C services and mobile care, outreach, housing support, and a full year of gender-affirming HRT coverage for dozens of community members.

You helped turn a night of celebration into real impact. Thank you for showing up, dancing, giving, and believing in health justice.

Our Case Management program is here to help our clients living with HIV find and navigate resources that’ll improve their quality of life in areas like housing, food access, dental services, utility support, understanding medical systems, and more.

From Lyft rides for medical appointments to emergency financial assistance, our medical and non medical Case Managers work towards identifying and bridging the gaps that exist in this broken system.

And multiple case managers are fluent in Spanish and English!
