3wks to schedule a Drs appointment for a client with
2+pitting edema.
Vs.
LMT/MMT hands on treatment, no waiting.

By the time the pt. is at the Drs office there is no visible swelling.

Following week: Heart procedure booked, up early, no breakfast, wait 2 hrs pre op, finally decide to not do procedure, no lunch, back home and everyone is fried.
Thankfully another massage was scheduled and the day was saved. It always galls me how medical care doesn't usually consider the pts' personal needs. There is no concierge to make sure the pts blood sugar doesn't bottom out, no help for the caregiver there all day, except nurses with too much to do. Everyone tires and drained from interaction with "healthcare".

We can do better!
