At RAH! Power Fitness we believe thereโs POWER in how you choose to move your body. Hereโs an example of that in action at one of our outdoor workouts. In this example the Trainer provided different options for jumping rope: weighted jump rope (left), curb toe taps without a jump rope (center), and a non-weighted jump rope (right).
