What is CFT?
CFT is a technique that allows the body to release emotional and physical traumas that may have caused tension in your soft tissues (fascia) and also your craniosacral system (cranium, brain, cerebrospinal fluid, cranial nerves, spine & sacrum.)
An Analogy Is:
An onion, every trauma starts at the beginning of life conception, to birth & growing up creates layers that accumulate and over time create dysfunction. CFT helps pull back the layers of your onion one step at a time.

Well I can say that this has not been my week!
Car accident Tuesday totaling my car, dropped my iPhone a foot last night and broke the screen completely, Although the glass never broke at all but I guess the screen underneath did. Don’t get how that happens:/ So with all this now I have to get a new car and had to get my phone fixed... lots of $$$. So I’m your GAL If anyone wants massages let me know cause now I need to work more! Good thing I love my work!!!

A new chapter is starting in our families life and we are moving to mn. I’m very sad to be leaving but trusting in God that he knows where he wants us to be. My last day massaging will be feb 23rd it’s a Saturday so if anyone wants massages till then this is the time to get them. I will be working weekends too so if you want to come in then just let me know.
